Ok you guys, this is something that I believe is truly important; this is not a contest, spam, or modeling announcement. This is a effort to ask you all for help. Waco, Texas is trying to pass a law on October 1st where there will be no adoptions or rescues and any animal staying longer than 72 hours faces being put down, whether the animal be of good health and adoptable, they will all be put down after 72 hours of being in these shelters. 

Please take the time to sign this petition to stop this ignorant law. It’s inhumane and unfair to the animals whom had bad owners, they deserve a second chance. (Not to mention, I double support this because they have a pit bull as their advertisement of their .org website.)

arizona only (for adoptions). everyone please reblog and help. please. i’m seriously in tears right now and i must find this dog a home immediately or she’s going to be put to death!

rhea went to a home where she unfortunately attacked the person’s dog. my fiance won’t let her come back here because our house is incredibly small and we already have two large dogs and are currently struggling with money as is. if anyone can take rhea i will pay the people to get her back (yeah they’re charging me!) otherwise she goes to the shelter on wednesday and since she is dog aggressive she will for sure without a doubt be killed. the only shelter that takes public surrenders is the second highest kill shelter in the country. PLEASE. if someone doesn’t own a dog and can take rhea even if for a short time, while i keep looking for a forever home for her, please let me know immediately. she does not deserve to die. she is dog aggressive but otherwise she is 100% friendly. i have pictures of her cleaning cats or being cleaned by them. she also looooves kids. although she has never hurt a dog while she has been with me (and i’ve brought her around eight or nine) she apparently is when i’m not around so i would highly recommend a home without another dog, unless you want to chance it and see how it goes.

she is a year old, full grown at under 40 lbs (probably around 30 lbs), house broken, knows basic commands, kennel trained although we kept her out of the kennel and for up to nine hours a day without a single accident! doesn’t chew on anything but her own toys, loves to cuddle, sit in someones lap or sleep in their bed, but knows not to get on furniture if told not to (was allowed on our bed but not our couch), and as mentioned kid and cat friendly. and again, she did fine with me and my dogs as well as dogs i have brought her around at people’s houses or that i have pet sit but for some reason without me she doesn’t like dogs. even with me she has always been extremely leash aggressive and even despite my scolding would try to attack dogs while on a leash.

she is a GREAT loyal and loving dog. she just has to stay at home and should be the only dog in the home.

please let me know in my ask box! immediately please. again, doesn’t have to be a forever home. if you could just foster her while i keep looking but i only have until wednesday to save her
